The fruit from this wine was selected from an area of our oldest vines. Techniques such as cold soaking the fruit prior to fermentation, and retaining some whole bunches for fermentation add texture and perfume to the wine. The 2014 Shiraz shows bright raspberry and white pepper aromas. The palate has velvety tannins and fine structure from ageing in French oak barrels for 18 months.
